Loading up the Smart Card with money - advice ( maybe fixtures, I dont know or care)

Ok,.. I thought as it is pissing down with rain here, and the local cricket is off, I woulod try and load some dosh on the card,...... duoh!... it seems to be harder than described in the pack,.. ie where is the smartcard image referred to on the instructions?

I assume I am being a little dense, but I cannot see it. Anybody here done it yet?
