Live-in hotel/bar jobs

A friend's daughter (age 19) wants to work in Brighton over the summer and wants a live-in hotel/bar job. Are there any agencies that handle this type of thing? Or does anybody know of hotels/bars that will offer this type of employment?

All answers gratefully received. Given the list of NSC accomplishments on another thread I'm sure sorting out a simple bar job should be a doddle!

Walkabout definatley do live in jobs, but I think you have to be Aussie, loud and rude to get the job
