Not the real one
Have just ordered a Mobile over the phone, great deal. Anyway, as i travel to the USA alot i need a triband phone. The company that i bought it from say it is definately triband and so do some websites. However another company that i called before them said it was only a dualband phone. I wondered if anyone had one or if you know if LG make the same model with both tri and dual bands. It's pretty annoying as if it isn't triband then i need to get my money back! Thanks for anyone that can help.

It'll probably be "tri band" in that it supports 900Mhz, 1800Mhz and whatever frequency UMTS runs at - I think it might be 450Mhz.

Thats "Dual Band" under the GSM (its an organisation as well as a standard) rules, and "Tri Band" under the UMTS Forum rules, see...
