Leicester Game on DVD

I've just finished editing a DVD of today's game. I'll be happy to send people a copy for £4, half of which will go to REMF. I've managed to fit most of the build up and post match stuff as well as the entire game onto 1 disc. I cut out a few Leicester related bits and the half time summary (all 3 minutes of it!) and it's come out quite well.

For our foreign friends, I'm happy to send one for £5 to cover extra postage - again, half going to REMF.

PM me for details if you are interested.

Just watch it on a PC ffs. No NTSC crap then.

Jaysus why does the US hang on to its archaic video format?

(also not DVD's are NOT meant to have PAL/NTSC "issues". Its a MPEG video, it should be decoded to the right format by the player, but somehow the MPAA 'broke' it)

Well, NTSC *IS* a US format. Its the US National Telivision Standards Committee format. Just because the canucks and the japanese use it doesn't mean its not the US's retarded low resolution colour fading television format.

I'm having a poke around the net to see if I can convert it to NTSC. - I'll let you know.
I think DVD Shrink allows you to choose the format. You don't have to shrink when you burn it.

If your DVD player has more intelligence than a retarded ant it'll work fine. It may bitch and moan about region coding though.

I'm pretty sure they record region free. The drive I use to burn them is set to Region 1 for reading and it plays fine on my Region 2 DVD drive.

Juan, I've sent a PM if you are still interested.
