So let’s assess the situation. Leicester’s defeat at Millwall last night left them four points adrift of the Seagulls.
We always knew a win today would secure Albion’s play-off berth. That result for the Foxes means a draw will now be enough barring some amazing results elsewhere.
A point for Albion here today followed by defeat to Wolves next week*would mean Nottingham Forest would have to win their last two games and make up a deficit of 19 on goal difference to finish ahead of them.
Albion will be in the play-offs if Forest fail to win at Millwall today no matter what happens here.
Then you have Bolton to factor into the equation. Albion might be out of their reach depending on results today.
So it could get complicated. It could go to the last day. But, alternatively, the Seagulls could make it very straightforward.
Today’s other key games: Blackburn v Palace, Cardiff v Bolton, Millwall v Forest.

A win will do it. And so, realistically,*will a draw. And they might not need anything.
It’s the final push for a play-off spot here as Albion take on Leeds at a bright, dry but distinctly chilly Elland Road.
We’ll be following it kick by kick from a vantage point here in the back of the old main stand – as well as*events at the Cardiff City Stadium, Ewood Park and The Den.
It could be an interesting afternoon.
