Why would they? He has hardly set the footballing world alight has he? Hopefully, TB will give him enough money to obtain the players to make his style work. Otherwise we have another long season to look forward to, filled with boring tippy-tappy football.

No, I can think of plenty of other young managers who, in their first ever management job have taken a team from bottom of league 1 to 10th in the Championship in 2 years, completely overhauling the way they play and signing players that the fans would have only dreamed of a couple of years ago, who now have a real chance of promotion to the Premier League next season.
