fair play. a good chance to stake his claim in becoming our number 1. has his kicking been ok in the friendlies? only went 2 southend one, and it wasnt bad then.

Apparently McGhee has had Michel working hard on his kicking and it has improved.

He certainly has got them all fitter and faster. I think he has got each player concentrating on their weakenesses to sharpen them up a bit.

Something i noticed at Southend, every kick went straight, must have spent a lot of time working on that.

MM said that he would only sign Nicholas & Currie if they are going to be involved on Saturday. I think they'll both be on the bench personally.

Kuipers,
Virgo, Cullip, Butters, Harding
Jarret, Reid, Oatway, Jones
Malongo, Hart

Subs:

May
Currie
Nicholas
Hinshelwood
El-Abd

I liked the interview with Charlie on Seagulls World.

Not 100% accurate but close enough:

"Well Charlie, what has the manager had you doing in pre-season training?"

"Firstly, he had us doing some running. Then a bit more running. After that some more running and then some more running. Followed by running".

That was one of the strengths of Micky's sides-they were bloody fit and as a result well capable of nicking a goal in the last few minutes.
