According to official site! Thank god! Not allowed to be injured anymore now michel and youve got to play like you did against southampton every game.

Just hope Kuipers is fully fit - I heard this week he maybe out for 3 more weeks unless he takes a pain killing injection (which he didnt really want to take)

Feel for Smith a bit, as, although he's not been brilliant, has been in goal against 4 of the top 5 teams in the league. And only been in goal (in the league) against one team in the bottom half.

I too feel a bit sorry for him as well. He's had to put up with a shoddy defence in front of him. I'm sure he is accountable for really only 1/3 of the goals he has let in.....maybe less !

I reckon we might've seen Smith play for the Albion for the last time.

New keeper in January window, Smith slipping to third choice then leaving.

How about Rushden & Diamonds - they are non-league and still manager to put two past him!?

Let's face it, the guy is a typical useless f***ing Jock Keeper!

You are being too kind to him. It is the same for FDM and he lets in far fewer goals.

Everytime the other team takes a shot with him in goal, you expect them to score. At least with FDM you expect him to save it, although obviously he is not perfect.

Anyone got the average goals conceded stats for both goalies (bearing in mind they've had pretty much the same defence in fron of them all season) - bet SMith comes out a LOT worse

Not really the same for Smith though is it he has played a team on fire at home (Huddersfield) and against the top 3 teams in this league. Granted he has made cock ups but he is not a bad keeper and behind a solid defence he would be fine in this league. Can see him going back to Scotland in January, teams were after him before he came here.

As I said on another thread...

As much as I love the big strapping dutchman I'm not convinced Smith has been solely the problem, the bumbling oafs of 'defenders' playing in front of him have been like a walking/waddling advert for a clown school, with the exception of Tunnicliffe who has done alright.

Heard that Poyet wants 17 out as soon as the Forest 2 being 2 of them...would be a bit worried if i was a defender at the mo
