It's only cos I've been out partying so often, didn't get home until past 4am this morning.

it is not good to get so tired. when you are run down, you are more susceptible to illnesses. if you take zinc and vitamin c tablets it may help tho.

a couple of weeks of solidly booked work and social events? you should definetly take zinc tablets with breakfast. ask your mum to get some with the weekly shop.

tonight, i am going out for a meal at some restaurant i have never heard of in town with my family, then afterwards i will phone people to see if they are out and then maybe go and join them.
