Surely some sort of award should be posthumously given to the great Briish comedian Bernard Manning.

When you think of all the good work he did for charity and his services to the entertainment industry I think a recognition of some kind would be inkeeping.

For many years millions of viewers tuned into their TV sets to watch him. The BBC and ITV courted his special brand of humour and lets be honest if Salmon Rushdie can receive an award ( for what ? ) then surely our Bernard can.

I'm more disappointed that the hypocritical little shit took it. He spent ages slagging off the British state, and yet he went running to it for help when the, er, 'culturally different' members of his own supposed community turned on him.
