Just got off the phone to Si Rodger. Basically, he knows that Knight was talking to QPR this afternoon, but as far as he is concerned, Knight has fitted in well in the dressing room with the players refering to him as the "cocky kid" and the banter has been flying as the guy is full of himself.

The players have welcomed him and he has responded really well. Simon thinks that unless QPR come up with something "out of the ordinary", he will be our player by Friday as he has enormous respect for Coppell and is not the greatest Holloway fan as he has past experience with him.

Simon says the only way he can see him joining QPR is if they offer him a "huge financial incentive" but there is no footballing reason for him to go.

I think he's ours guys!

Give Si a ring and see what he says. My QPR source will let me know if Knight is seen anywhere near the training ground for more talks, but I doubt he will be.
