In my humble opinion based on watching football since I was 4 therefore for the last 41 years, I can honestly say that Mr Nathan Jones is a 5 minutes a game man and in my opinion awful

On Monday, he had a brilliant turn, a fantastic cross which Mr Knight should really have scored, but his distribution was awful and kept playing the Ginger Prince into trouble.

I would like to see Piercy given a chance in front of the Prince.

Thankyou for your time and patience

I must agree some of his passing and touches has been woeful. He is rather Hot and cold. I think he tries to be to clever with the ball.

Bollox - Jones had a very good game for us, tirelessly covering back when attacks brokes down, showing plenty of pace down the left wing and getting in some good crosses (1 for Hendersons 'goal', one for Knight's missed header).

I know you don't rate Jones Dave, but it's pointless slagging off a player even when he's had a good game, and in my opinion he was up there with Butters & Charlie for MoTM. As as for that sublime piece of skill in the 2nd half, worth the admission price on its own.

With Brooker's departure, Jones has been promoted to be my 'player of hate' for this season.

It pains me to say he had a decent game and the piece of skill that left the defender scratching his head was quite incredible. One for Soccer AM's "Showboating" sequence, I think.

absolute tripe Papa

tracking back maybe, but only because he kept giving the ball away and had to dash back to help the Ginger Prince

I think we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one!

:)

BTW I can only change 1 match on the telegraph site...has Rusco had any better luck with yours?

I think that you are way off mark with this one Dave. I know that Jonsey can be a bit frustrating from a fans point of view, but I think he has played very well so far this season (not counting a bad challenge at Brizzle Rovers). Wingers are always going to have bad days, Brooker was a prime example of this especially when the pitches were heavy in Winter and it doesn't help being a winger of a slight stature playing against a big oaf of a defender. I remember Steve Penney, Mark Barham, Clive Walker etc. all being the same.

Now Watto, that is a different matter, he is my figure of hate and should be replaced by either Pethick, or Hinshelwood on a permenent basis.

I thought he was alright today - he covered Mayo when he went forward well.

But

That piece of skill in front of H block to go past the defender was outrageously brilliant. Worth the entrance money alone
