How many stadiums in the uk have got planning permission and the stadiums either built (or nearly built in the case of Wembley) or extensions to grounds since we started our planning application.

We were having this discussion on the train

Wimbledon FC have managed to go into administration, be bought, move from Smelhurst to Milton Keynes, develop a hockey stadium, and now have a brand spanking new ground almost 90% built, get 6500 for their last home game and are about to move in. And they are football pariahs
