As a Hull city supporter i was just curious to know what you thought of baby giraffe as a player?.

It seems you either love him, or hate him no in between i personally think he does an efective if unspectacular job. He seems undroppable under PT is he PT's Love child?.

Allso when defending a corner did Taylor pull everyone back leaving no one upfront?.

Allso Ramsden are you still sponging off ma and pa?.

Run of the mill midfield player that would be just about a useful squad member in a Championship side. Nothing special. He needed to improve a bit. Might even fail if he did not put in extra effort.

I thought he was great for us and remember he played all the time with a groin injury.

He certainly seemed to gel well with Bobby Zamora at the time - great shame he never signed although he does seem to be a great mate of Peter Taylor's .

BTW Baby Giraffe is quite apt :lolol: :lolol:

Junior Lewis=bewilderment.

dancing ninjas mate, I for one was in the anti crowd. I fist watched Junior at Dover Athletic, with Taylor as his manager, and the supporters were equally divided then. Junior since those days at Dover has followed PT to every club he has managed.

I for one coould never see how he collected a wage as a non leauge player, let alone his brief stay in the Premiership.

Your spelling and general level of writing is appalling.

Did you ever go to school when you were younger?

PS Great result yesterday

"PEDANT ALERT"
I think you will find that the final score was 3-1

I thought he was class, he probably gave us the final push to win the league that year. I would have loved us to have signed him. The problem as usual was money. I think he was on £6000 a week at Leicester. Was that one of the reasons Taylor fell out with Dick Knight? As for defending corners, his style was to go 1-0 up, then put 11 men behind the ball. That only changed when Junior came. I remember him having a stormer against Wycombe (I think), whom we hammered 4-0.

I thought he was one of those players who is actually crap but occasionally scores a goal and thus leaves half the ground convinced he is an amazing player.

I thought he was class - really gave us a boost that pushed us on to the title, combining superbly with Chippy. Not in Nicolas' class, but really completed the midfield with two big, strong central players and two attacking wingers.
