I know humour's subjective but the person who posted the joke on Twitter was a female Muslim refugee who found it funny also so I'm not going to get too upset about those who don't find it so.

I wasn't being politically correct, just didn't find it funny. As you say humour is subjective and my sense of humour is weird.

Yup. It's not offensive, it just isn't funny. At least not as a picture like that, maybe if it was a gif, or a short video like a vine and was just a single piece of corn it might work better.
