Get Thornton for longer.
Get a new centre half play alongside Elphick instead of the donkeys.
Full backs to give the current to competition, they've got complacent and gone a bit shit.

Lynch and Dixon will be the only ones I can see going, although a few more should.

Oh and Chamberlain, as his contract is up and without playing I don't see him getting a new one.

to be honest as much as i want lynch to stay he will leave for a championship level hes only 20 or so and hes got a big future ahead of him, it will be to hard to keep him

Are you his agent? You forgot to add that he POSSIBLY has got a big future, if he keeps his feet on the ground and listens to people who know rather than think he is the best player in the world and too good for a division 1 side, which incidentally he isnt as yet, potentially perhaps, but not yet.
