How about having replays for 50% of the match, will they do that again.
Was anyone in a pub when it happened? What was the reaction?
The replays aren't their fault, it'll be either FIFA or the host broadcaster who supplies the pictures.

My only fear is that the next world cup will end up on sky.
Was it sabotage?
Paddy Power gave odds of 8/1 to there being an interuption in an ITV live game and with ITV HD broadcasts 4 seconds after the SD picture it gave someone enough time to ensure the HD picture was, ahem, tampered with. Enough to interupt the game for a few seconds.

If they have to be allowed to broadcast "crown jewels" then they should be banned from showing adverts from 15 minutes before the game untill 15 minutes after.
