Are you kidding , this is serious stuff here , stockings are "THE" sexiest item of clothing ever worn by woman , besides it`s no different to a woman judging a bloke by his choice of boxers or briefs ;)
I'm sure they are, but I really doubt whether girls get together over a G&T and spend time fantasising over some budgie smugglers.

If a male friend asked me to chat about stockings, I'd think him pretty vacuous and more interested in objectifying women than anything else. But you know that :)

I wouldn`t objectify women but , finding them attractive , alluring even sexy is my job as a male , but i never take myself too seriously and would never be disrespectful . I am lucky enough to have many friends of the female persuasion , and can tell you that all of them have a good sense of humour and would rip the living daylights out of me if i were not so , and quite rightly . But the most offensive thing to women i believe is thinking they are so precious as to be offended by a silly chocolate advert , they`re far stronger than that .:)

For me, in my 60's, where's the  poll option ?

My kids, in their late twenties would probably prefer a  poll option

So, 'my 12year old daughter last night, who could not believe this was allowed at anytime to be on tv' sounds about right for a well balanced 12 year old
what's balanced about having a kid at 48 ....unless your missus is 28 , in which case fair play...:wink:

don't tell me you've got about 11 kids ffs....

Bear baiting, cock fighting, and public executions - hanging, beheading and burning - were considered harmless good all round family entertainment in their time.

For some bizarre reasons, they are not today.
That's a very fair point. How can we presume to criticise Saudi Arabia for executing female adulterers, when it's still legal to laugh at sexist jokes in this country?

No worse than something like this…..

They created Coke Zero and Pepsi Max because Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi apparently was seen as a girls drink, probably due to their own avertising. I never though food or drink is gender specific either you like it or you dont. I think there is something very strange about not buying a drink or a chocolatte bar because it's seen as a bit girly or too manly if you like it.

Shit at the time but not offensive. Trying to have a laugh. Tbf the 2nd ad wasn’t bad just could have done with a better overall campaign idea or slogan.

Yes. I doubt they are offended by one chocolate advert. It's when one chocolate advert becomes many adverts and the stereotype gets reinforced that it becomes problematic. I hope we've moved away from those times and don't go back.

I’m intrigued by the fact that your job is to find women attractive. What do you do? Are you in the pornographic industry? ;-)
