SCR had a very good indication of the facts yesterday - and yet they still fired off this boll*cks at 09:30 this morning - trying to scoop the official 10:00am press release from the odpm

strange ... very strange

suspect there is an anti or two in their news room - hence the decision to jump the gun and try to sway public opinion before anybody else had access to the facts
