I’m having to pinch myself to make sure I’m not dreaming about everything that is happening with the Albion over the last few days. In a whirlwind of activity we suddenly find ourselves singing, albeit on loan, one of the best players in the world, and beating other elite clubs to claim the prize. Then, centre stage in Monaco for the Europa League draw and find we’re up against two previous Champions League winners. After all of that we entertain the Geordies at Stadio Amex and play them off the park with a hat trick from another of our incredible rising stars.

Now, not content with getting the AA Route Finder out for trips to Burton, Barnsley and Brum, it’s Skyscanner for best flights to Amsterdam, Marseille and Athens.

It really is too surreal and my hammer is close by ready to smash the piggy back. Happy days, what!
