1. he appoints Tinselwood
2. he appoints Crappell
3. he again takes ages over who to replace the last manager gone
4. he is obsessed with fa pipe dream at the expense of the playing side
5. we have players like wilson -dennis on loan when he should be replacing leon knight who cant stay on his feet
6. the fans are being ripped off i.e. seaoson tick holders for LDV cup game
7. the club are unduly delaying these extra seats coz we aint selling out games withouit them coz the std of football is so poor
8. pricing structure is a rip off its extorsionate and well beyond inflation
9. silent constantly refuses to face his critics when mullers and ernie have challenged him to answer his critics he has no answer
