Success at this level is more about the quality of the players and man management skills than coaching. Poyet may be the best coach but he needs something to work with. At the moment all the coaching in the world will not change our current players into a team to take us out of this division. We now need a manager who can bring in the right players and motivate them. Mullery was that man in the 1970's and he was no coach.
