Well what do you know, it does happen in Germany 
German truck company MAN have cancelled a social media competition that involved, for reasons crass and utterly unfathomable, a trivia question about the bomb attack on Borussia Dortmund’s team bus back in 2017.
The bus was hit with explosives as it made its way to Signal Iduna Park for a Champions League quarter-final against Monaco, shattering the windows and causing injury to several players.
Marc Bartra bore the brunt, with the Spanish defender subsequently spending five days in hospital with a fractured arm. Speaking in court several months later, Bartra revealed that he “feared for his life” amid the chaos and admitted that he still suffered due to the trauma inflicted.
And so we skip nine months forward and find that MAN, one of Dortmund’s club sponsors, giving away match tickets to fans who could successfully answer the following brain teaser:
“How many of the players on the bus when the attack happened are currently still on the team?”
