Vs Brazil 1970
Reputed to be the best ever England starting line up with at least 6 world class players, Banks, Cooper, Charlton, Ball, Moore and Peters, in the 11, along with our very own Alan Mullery who marked Pele.
But was it, or just old gits getting sentimental about the good old days?
The only thing I remember about the 1970 World Cup, was the coins from Esso and being told at Infant school that Bobby Moore had been arrested.
