Freeview is adding this in 2 weeks, though an interesting series 'Yellowstone' starts today in USA.. wonder how behind UK viewers will get to see it..

According to: http://www.channel5.com/viacom-announces-launch-paramount-network-uk/ it is coming to sky on channel 159, which is currently a channel called 'Together', which I've never watched. Looks like it'll be standard definition only.
