Falmer
Samrah good, Perry better.

Ah, I see.

You're asking if Martin Perry is over-confident.

And you're suggesting that he shuts up about Falmer.

All I can say is that the Club continues to be confident about Falmer, because it is apparent that Prescott accepts that the Club needs a stadium in Brighton, that he accepts that there are sufficient economic and social benefits to justify an exception being made to national policy on major developments in AONBs, provided that no better alternative site is available, and that the work the Club has done on alternative sites demonstrates that there isn't a better one than Falmer.

As to why he won't shut up about Falmer, I would guess that MP - like most of us - would think it was really stupid to stop the campaign when we are so close to winning.

Your question is rather like asking Mark McGhee why, at half-time this evening, he didn't suggest to the players that they stopped bothering, because we were 1-0 down.

Without a yes for Falmer survival in this division will count for nothing.

By the way Paul assured me this evening that he doesn't receive a penny from The Albion. Not that I suggested that he did.

On NSC for over two decades...
MP has to keep talking about Falmer because a large number of people, including several members of my own family, don't understand why Falmer is the only option. I tell you if someone says Waterhall is the best place and not an AONB, and that they could build a station there, and the council should change their planning policy, then I may consider doing something quite out of character!!

:lolol: :censored:

(EDIT: I actually think Waterhall is a better site for a stadium, based on the fact that its a thundering great bit of flat land, but I understand and accept the reasons why it'll NEVER happen)
