As Butters and Carpenter are back fit(and perhaps El Abd) I would go for,
Kuipers.
Reid,Butters,Mayo,Harding.
Currie,Nicolas,Carpenter,Jones.
Virgo,Knight.

Subs.Hammond,Hinshlewood,Jarrett,May,Oatway.

A few changes to keep the players on their toes.

Yes.

Otherwise we have no one else that can play centre back (other than Hinshelwood obviously).

Oatway and Reid play the same role.

It was partly what I think McGhee will do anyway.
