Seems to me that with the way the scores are at the moment, if Carlisle score 1 and Leeds score another, and all the other games stay the same, we actually move up to third place. Nice to go up when you're not even playing!

Carlisle are losing to Tranmere, so if they equalise, then Tranmere will stay below us.

We will remain in the top 6 whatever the result of tomorrow's Yeovil v Swindon game, the only other game in hand that affects us

Well we've got Yeovil as our next home game, so if we can continue our decent home form (and hopefully pick up 3 points away to the Gills next week) - then that'll stand us in good stead.

Let's hope that's not too much to ask.
