iPhone 4s problems.... AGAIN!!

This time it is the wifi it doesn't did any connections and when I search it just keeps loading. I haven't dropped it, it's only 2months old. I know the wifi was on as I was browsing on my brothers in the same room. I've tried resetting the network settings. Does anyone know somewhere I can fix this problem, I'm literally about to just throw it against a brick wall until it smashes into thousand of pieces.

failing that go to wifi, and forget the network (wifi) then restart the phone and try again

Tried all of that, it doesn't find any wifi networks at all.

I suspect this is something to do with the router rather than the phone. Have you tried connecting the phone to another wifi whether at work or in a cafe?
