* Albion's development side won their first league fixture under new coach Simon Ireland 2-1 at Swansea tonight.
* They took the lead in the 22nd minute with a freak goal by the fit-again Adam Chicksen, who got in the way of an attempted clearance.
* Rory Donnelly headed Swansea level in the 87th minute but Rohan Ince snatched victory for Albion with an injury time*volley.
* The Seagulls included in midfield former Aston Villa 19-year-old Josh Barton and Brighton-born Jesse Starkey, 17, who was at Chelsea.
