Rohan Ince says a team talk by senior players has helped Albion
First published in Albion by Brian Owen
Rohan Ince had praised Albion's senior players for kick-starting their revival.
Ince headed the only goal as the Seagulls won 1-0 at Charlton yesterday.
Albion are now unbeaten in five games under three different managers - Sami Hyypia, Nathan Jones and Chris Hughton.
Ince believes a talking-to involving skipper Gordon Greer in the final days of*Hyypia's tenure*was key.
He said: "The players got together. It was GG as captain, Inigo Calderon and the players, we got together as a team.
"We said we've got to stick together as a team, get through this bad spell we are having and grind out some results.
"Fortunately we've been able to do that."
