A new rink would rule...as did the Tigers in the day...just make sure its the right size. Wasnt it Peterborough or some other nonentity town that built its Olympic Swimming Pool half a meter too short so they couldnt use it for competition. Genius. Lets go Olympic.

The architect was the one who got done for taking backhanders a few years later. His name escapes me but I'm sure Lord Bracknell will remember who I am thinking of..... I think it was Poulson or something similar

I remember when the old ice rink was demolished in the mid-60s. We were told that another one would be built...it's only taken about 40 years.
I was (just) too young to remember the Tigers but my dad was a huge fan.
