I dont know if anyone has been in the preston village area recently but Im seeing a few 'wheelie bags' similar but not the same as this they are all linked onto metal fences by the road and are situated around the london road/millers road area, can anyone confirm of some event going on? because they all seem suspiciously placed by the roadside unattended (they have bike chains), Im not accusing anyone of anything, but it all seems very fishy...
