I need a haircut

Well its been a long timesince I got my hair cut but I have decided that now is the time as my hair now reaches underneath my eye (nearly reaching my nostrils)

What I need is a cheap mens barber, im not looking to spend a fortune, £15 max (£20 the very max) and maybe offer student discount (not essential but i like things cheaper lol)

I have been to a couple but none have really impressed me to well, the only name I remeber is Toppers (a lot of old SHIT)

Im not looking to get it shaved but to be triimmed down a bit or styled.
