Surely their ground is better than doncaster rovers and belle vue got back into the league without any question being asked.
and i would think that falmer would be too big for lewes also this would mean extra traffic and crowds trampling through nimby land and i dont think we could have that now can we. ???

although it would be funny to see their faces when there is a game at least once a week at falmer. :lolol:

Current standards for a Conference side to be promoted to the Fourth Division (or whatever it's bloody called now), were reduced recently to a capacity of 4,000 - it was 6,000. There are other safety issues (entrance / exits / first aid points etc) that have to be adhered to.

Lewes COULD make their ground a 4,000 capacity, but it might take a certain amount of dosh that they wouldn't currently have.
