i (like samuel l jackson in pulp fiction) vented some serious anger yesterday after this guy hit on ma girl.

As i was at work and he a holiday maker, i didn't really want to lose my job so i hit the shit out of the punchbag in the staff room. as i was about to finish i hitthe bag one last time with a right hook. my wrist twisted backwards, and i have now possibly fractured a bone in my wrist. they dont know properly coz my wrist is still badly swollen.

I'm now wearing a cast and it is bloody uncomfortable. does anyone know how to rest your wrist in the cast ?

i'm typing tyhis with my left hand and my fingers are f***ing killing me.

isnt it wierd, you never actually give your hand and fingers too much credit for what they did. at least i didnt. now they hurt and i cant use my right hand properly i realise that nearly everything i do revolves around my hands and fingers.

I know how you feel. I had an operation in 1994 to cure a re-ocurring dislocating shoulder. I had my right arm strapped across my chest towards my left shoulder for 12 weeks.

You do not realise how dependant you are in your right hand (if right handed) until you lose the use. Simple things, like typing writing, wiping arse become very difficult.

BTW The operation failed I dislocated it again about three years ago.

If that trivial bit of flirting is all it takes to get you so worked up that you bust up your hand, then yes, it is sad. I guess you are pretty young.

I suspect you will use this busted hand as proof of how much you love your girl.

Things will have to change. If she loves you then where's the need for jealousy. If she doesn't then don't beat yourself up - just dump her.
