Main purpose is to give some of these games/predictions some 'air space' rather than seeing them fall down the NSC pages never to be seen again.

I surprise myself by finding I agree. I voted for the 'Pin the PtB' thread option in the recent poll but as everybody and his brother are running prediction games perhaps a separate forum is the best idea.
