When is Falmer supposed to officially open?

There are hard hat days scheduled in May 2011 according to this article, but does that mean it will definitely be open for the opening match of 2011/12?

and if something isn't done to prevent Pride from having it's 'festival' that weekend and I am sure that will be the preferred date we won't have our first game of the season at home in 2011 what a great shame that will be. I am sure the Football League will be able to fudge their computer to ensure we get our welcome home.
