Gina has let me know she will no longer be posting on NSC. Her point is that this is apparently a football forum, yet the majority of the posts aren't actually about football. But when she doesn't post about football related topics, people seem to have a major issue with it.

For some reason you lot put up with homophobic, sexist, racist and generally abusive posts, yet somehow she is overstepping the boundary.

Congratulations NSC, you have collectively chased away another member.

I'd actually agree with that, I think the fact that herself, Les, Aids & Kinky (even though I love you muchly Petey Poos, be round to smear tuna over you later) have pretty much ruined half the threads on here with their tripe that means bugger all to anyone but themselves lately and I can see why one or two of the senior (or even whippersnapper, (no ageism here)) board members would complain about it to be fair, however, it is only a message board, can't we all just get along and swing gayly (and nakedly) from the branches of life?

To be fair I did quite enjoy reading it to start with and found it quite sweet (not sure thats the right word!) It just started getting on my tits when it was cropping up in a lot of threads.

This is really dissapoints me. Now I've read the thread I can see absolutely nothing in it that's harmful. Yes it's pretty inane but we can choose not to read it.... there are many threads I don't bother with and I hope that I take responsibility for my own choices so it's my fault if I choose to read it. I think Bluejuices attack was way over the top. I am also very dissapointed with the moderator's approach... we don't have moderators moving or banning threads when racism or xenophobia is preached here but we do when people ramble? What sort of message does that send out?

Very very dissapointing indeed.

Pathetic really. Don't think anyone had a problem with her, just the fact that she'd made 300 odd posts solely about her, Les, Kinky, Adrie and Myspace. If she contributed something that wasn't about herself or those, then i'm sure there wouldn't haven been a problem.
