how to get to Loftus Road?

whats the best way to get to Loftus Road by public transport?I mean, what train station to get off at, what tube to catch, etc.

Nearest to the ground is White City, but if you want a beer get off at Shepherds Bush.

The drive isnt too bad, take the A3 to Putney, into Fulham then onto Hammersmtigh and Shephards Bush. Should be fairly good traffic on a sunday.
