Well? (based on us being in the Championship next season)...............

.........and would you still be happy sticking with what you spend each match on average

I would be happy paying another £10 as mine is already £47ish. Any more and i would have to consider spending less post match

Could probably cope with a modest rise but will inevitably spend less on refreshment etc to compensate ...

Nothing - I pay enough for myself and one of my kids.

If the club cannot balance the books given the money bought in through the 500% increase in replica kits sales, ticket sales along with the sales of club merchandise and sponsorship then someone in the Commercial and Marketing teams need to be replaced.

I think they would be mad to even consider a rise in season ticket sales next season, if we are still in the championship. They need to fill another, 5/6 thousand seats, not lose season ticket holders because they can't afford to renew. Times are hard at the moment, they club would be very foolish and short sighted to raise prices, unless we go up. I'm sure the amount of empty seats at the last few games has been noted, they aren't going to fill them up by putting the prices up.....Simples.

Not a STH so don't care, but I wouldn't want to see the match-by-match tickets increased, they're expensive enough already.

People can say what they like. I earn quite a reasonable salary, but I also pay maintenance to my ex. Have a daughter who wants it all lol, pay rent on another place, car, bills etc etc just like every one else. I pay £43 a month for my st, if they were to up it another £100 pa. I would not be forced to give it up, but I would through choice and I would pick and choose my games to attend....As for putting extra on the travel cost, it amounts to the same thing, still an increase. Some of us already spend another £20 on petrol to get to the games, before the price of the ticket is even taken into account.

£25 per match (ESU season ticket), £9 train ticket, £7 pie and a pint before the game, £7-60 two pints after the game. Total=£48-60 for an enjoyable matchday, meeting mates and watching entertaining football.
The kids have left home so I'm luckily only forking out for one person. And I'm not bothered about spending in the club shop.
I've got a job and the wife works, if any of these factors change I'd possibly ditch the season ticket and just pick and choose my matches as a member.

At the moment things are great, long may it continue. I don't consider myself as a diehard and it won't be the end of the world for me if we stay in the Championship for a few seasons and continue trying to pass the ball.

I think they should double the 'travel element' of the Season Ticket. £30 for 23 games is way too cheap.

It may appear cheap, but it is effectively subsidised by those who choose not to use these travel facilities. Now if the travel element of pricing was optional, then I would agree that £30 is too cheap.

The next announcement regarding season ticket prices should give a very interesting insight into the commercial nouse of those running the Albion right now.

With a capacity approaching 32,000 there is absolutely no risk whatsoever for the most organised of fans that they could get a ticket for virtually any game, significantly reducing the need for a season ticket - particuarly if unable to attend every game due to the limited number on the same day/time (ie Sat 3pm). And if season ticket prices rise much closer to matchday prices the club will simply be increasing this likelihood. Yet, there is probably limited scope now to increase matchday prices without making them very undesirable to the casual supporter.

I am in WSU and I love my seat, and the fact that I'm with friends, but balancing season ticket price/attendance commitments with family will become more of an issue if prices continue to climb.

Not a lot and certainly if they doubled the travel subsidy then I woul ditch it given I don't get any benefit from it.

We'll never know the detail but if the club are losing money on an operating basis given the attendances and add on sales then something is seriously wrong and it's piss poor management .... Unless of course they are "investing" in getting us to the Prem. Either way it's not for fans to subsidise (any more than we currently do) poor fiscal management or risk taking that doesn't come off
