I thought their 3 most influential players last season were Mawene in defence, Lewis in midfield and Creswell up front. But now Mawene for some reason seems to be out of favour and the other two have done a Harding. I think we're playing Preston at the right time and we've got an outside chance of getting something out of this game.

perseus Broad Blue & White stripe Jul 5, 2003 23,467 Sūþseaxna Aug 27, 2005 #9 Preston absolutely hammered Barnsley but could not put the ball in the net. In modern parlance, I think that means "the shape is good but they need to be more clinical in their finishing". I had sooner played Preston at some other time. Like near the end of the season when their play-off hopes are fading. I think they might get four, but we might score a couple as well. Would you prefer to lose 2-4 or 0-1? I don't think we will this one if we went two goals up!
