Delia's recipe involves adding melted butter to the batter mix before cooking in more butter - we then rolled ours up with a nice cheese sauce and broccoli filling, finishing them off in the oven with some grated cheddar on top...Fragmented Badger said:A very respectable five. also, why does the first one always turn out CRAP...? I told Ms. Gariani to expect this, without really believing it would this time - but lo and behold the first one turns out undersized and unevenly cooked while the next one out of the pan is a beauty...?
