How do i not have enough loyalty points?

Tickets for Millwall away went on sale for fans with 1150 loyalty points recently, i looked online to check how many i have and i only have 1030.
I have been a ST Holder for 2 years i went to pretty much every home game at the Withdean in the 2010/2011 season and i have been to several away games, pre season games, and cup games.

Someone please explain to me why i am not loyal enough to get more than 1150 loyalty points!?!?!

I believe for this year they said that you will get 1000 for being a season ticket holder and then 50% of what you had over 1000 from last year.
Does this then work out for your points that you have now ?

1,000 points for your season ticket, add 50% of last seasons points and this seasons points. (nothing for friendlies)

The Withdeans no longer classed by the club and pre seasons don't count - HOWEVER from the rest of that list you should do , contact the club I guess ( I know a fair few points haven't been put on for certain games it seems)

If you were a STH at Withdean, then the 250 points you were given at the beginning of last season would have been halved this season, so
2011/2012 1000 points STH + 250 points for previous season at Withdean =1250 points, assuming that no other cup games were attended last season then the beginning of this season you will start at 1125 points.

I think from what you have said though, you were not a STH at withdean just a pay as you go ! and only became a STH at the Amex

Your 1030 points is more likely : 2011/2012 STH 1000 points + 3 cup games 20 points per game = 1060,

2012/2013: 1000 STH points + 50% of last seasons extras gives you 1030 points.
