Ring the ticket office and give them your name, address and date of birth, or email them with the same details.

Perhaps ring the ticket office and tell them your name and postcode and they should be able to bring it up? Or have I just fallen foul of a wind up? D'oh!

Nah it is more complected than that, you need to put your pants on your head, socks on your hands and go the corner shop and ask for a copy of Razzle and its printed on page 31 bottom left hand side...
