How do I do a screen dump / print

Help! Need to do loads of screen dumps NOW but can't remember how? Any assistance gratefully recieved. I have windows XP

click the print screen bud - then hit paste wherever you want it.

print screen button is just to the right of the F12 key!

How do I do a screen dump?

Put the monitor on the floor and squat over it.

Why the hell would you want to do that anyway?

OK cheers for that. Have got it to print in "Paint" but it will only print about half the screen and I cannot find a way to reduce it or get it to fill the screen. I also cannot paste it on notepad. Any other suggestions?

Have sorted now .........

Paste it into a photo editor, it will be much easier to fit and manipulate than crappy paint.

Windows comes with MS Photo editor, should be in your start menu

If you need to take loads of grabs, download PaintShop Pro (current version is 100Mb , but older versions are freely available on the Net).

You can take multiple grabs without switching apps.
