It will probably be about as cold as it has been for the past few days. It will probably be as cold as it usually is at this time of year, every year. It will prpbably be as cold as it is going to be tomorrow. What were you expecting? A sudden heatwave? Of course it is going to be cold. Of course you are going to need to wrap up. You are standing outside for a period of time. Just like you would have had to if you went outside this time last year, or last night or any f***ing winter since the beginning of time.

Pointless thread. Pointless subject.

I think we'll be lucky. The wind is set to strengthen from the south today, meaning that not only will it be warmer today (7C) but also we may well have seen the last of the frosts for a while.

The latest Metcheck forecast supports this:

http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/today.asp?zipcode=brighton

And it will be dry... Merry Xmas!!

nothing like encouraging a relatively new bod is there....?!

jude - I reckon it's going to be well chilly and will be employing two pairs of trousers and multiple pairs of socks in an effort to avoid freezing completely...

I suggest Long Johns! Although I like to call them Long Zef's - went out with a John once and can't bear the thought of having him so close to my bits!

I was thinking of going NAKED, to show the squad the solidarity (fffnnnn) for their bravely facing the night elements. It's the Scot in my heritage, leading the brave warriors, without underpants, and with only my pipes striking fear into the enemy.
A bit like McClaren did v Croatia (aHEM, or NOT).

In truth though, it's a night for gloves, scarf, hat, heavy jacket or coat, and the willy kept warm. Hopefully, the football will take our minds off the temperature - and not some controversial refereeing (this time)
