.................putting it right.

1) Drop Currie and Reid to the Bench

2) Replace with Hart and Hinchselwood

3) Play a 442 push Jarret up with Malongo

4) Retain Kuipers

5) Replace Mayo with Harding at once not when suspension kicks in.

2) Replace with Hart and Hinchselwood - hinselwood was v.poor v reading and was completely out of position. he is not an option.

3) Play a 442 push Jarret up with Malongo - from friendly evidence and his sitter (the header) and one outside the box, jarrett cannot finish to save his life, and neither of these can hold the ball up. not an option.

5) Replace Mayo with Harding at once not when suspension kicks in.

- Harding will have no confidence now. put in jonah, as he played well at left back last time round in division one.

Mine is play 4-4-2, but put Hart up front for nuisance value and strength to help out Molango. Jakey's a good player, but at his age still best as a sub for my money.

I reckon that might be McGhee gave Harty the run out tonight up front - to see if he could make an impact with Coventry in mind.

I wonder if the reason Hart replaced Molango was to demonstrate McGhee's belief that Currie will come good. He's got a tough job replacing a long term fans' favourite on that wing, and you'd imagine like most ball players he'll rely a lot on confidence.

I'm not convinced about Currie at all so far - but he ought to geta few games to prove himself. Everyone loves a trier like Harty, but we haven't exactly created much from midfield in the past two seasons....the thought of some decent service from both wings into Molango and Knight cheers me up!

Every one of the available upfront options using existing personnel lacks a big/solid frontman to play alongside whichever little/lightweight frontmen are selected. The club needs a Benjamin/Iwelumo/Rougier type figure, the kind that Gillingham always buy by the barrowload.
