Hoping for some help from the NSC plumbers and DIY enthusiasts!
I have a fully functioning boiler, well I assume so because the central heating works spot on, and heats up my flat very quickly. I have scolding hot water from the kitchen taps, all be it a very strange metallic taste to it, (have bought a water filter), but only have Luke warm water from the bathroom. Both the sink and the bath taps. Could run a whole bath and its nothing more than Luke warm. Anyone know what the problem could be, and if its something a plumber would need to fix? Thanks :)

Sounds like an anti-scald device or mixing valve is on the blink. Are they required by UK building codes?
