Giggs is past his best and a bit of a headless chicken. How many crosses does he actually get in? Neville is probably more accurate from the other flank and that is saying something! How many times does he beat a man then fail to make the pass? More often than not. I wouldn't have him.
Having said all that, he is actually English, so maybe he could qualify that way!

And played for England schoolboys before deciding he had a better chance of international football in a welsh shirt. Since when does your place of birth decide your nationality?

No, he played for Wales because he is Welsh. He was born in Wales, his parents are Welsh and his grandparents are Welsh. He has said many times that he couldn't play for England even if he wanted to. He played for England shoolboys because he went to school in England and that's how schoolboy teams are selected.
